The Rajasthan Clay & Gir Cows

Our 150,000 Moringa trees thrive in a closed-loop ecosystem, sustained by the ancient soils of Kuchaman City and the pure nourishment of indigenous Gir cows.

Unlike commercial plantations that rely on synthetic inputs, Chitawa Organic Farms utilizes a traditional biodynamic approach. Our soil is enriched exclusively by our herd of native Gir cows, restoring vital microbes to the desert clay.

This rich, chemical-free foundation allows our trees to draw deep mineral nutrition, resulting in leaves packed with an exceptionally high concentration of natural chlorophyll and active antioxidants.

Meticulous Method

Harvested at Dawn, Dried in Shade

01. Dawn Harvest

We harvest only at daybreak, when the moisture and nutrient levels within the leaves are at their absolute peak.

02. Purified Wash

Every leaf is gently washed in purified water to remove desert dust while protecting the delicate cell structures.

03. Scientific Shade-Drying

Leaves are dehydrated using solar-powered, temperature-controlled systems away from direct sunlight, locking in the brilliant green color and dense nutrient profile.
